Small Victory ?? I'll take it!! This my friends is the letter to the Secretary Of The State for the Authentication Part of our Dossier!! This was huge for us to be sending this stack of papers to them my friends HUGE!! I mailed this out on Friday and we should have it back in just a few short days! Praying they are able to Authenticate everything and I then can send this off to SHARE Adoptions for them to finish up our Dossier!!
